We built the signal no one else has.
Letterdrop finds the accounts already in a sales cycle with your competitors, so your team spends its time where a buyer is choosing a vendor.
Your buyers get 80 cold touches a day. Under 15% pick up a phone. Most outbound is still spray and pray: a list built from firmographics, a sequence, and a hope that someone on it happens to be buying.
When that doesn't work, teams add more reps, more dials, and more AI-written emails. Buyers delete all of it. More volume into a full channel gets you a lower reply rate.
We started with the signals every team asks for: closed-lost revival and champion job changes. Then every sales tool shipped them. When every vendor has the same signal, every rep sends the same buyer the same email, and the signal stops working.
So we focused on a signal no one else had. Letterdrop finds the companies in an active sales cycle with your competitor. When we checked the accounts we flagged against the CRMs of 7 B2B software companies, 30% of the top accounts were deals the competitor was still working. On a random list of companies in the same market, it was 3%.

Before Letterdrop, I worked on Google Search and Workspace. At Google, a change shipped when an experiment showed it moved the metric. We run Letterdrop's data and our own go-to-market the same way. Every signal gets a confidence score from backtesting, and when a signal stops predicting deals, we cut it.
